You pay a monthly base that includes a set number of results (300 orders or 50 bookings), then a small fee per result above that, up to a monthly cap. DM Closer charges 5% of sales paid through its own link instead. Only results the system records itself are counted, so there is nothing to argue about.
At kickoff we agree a 60-day target from your own numbers. If we miss it, we refund the setup fee — as long as your side was in place: the number live and promoted, your menu or catalogue up to date, and hand-offs answered.
Most AI employees go live 2–3 weeks after kickoff — Meta's WhatsApp approval sets the pace. Storefront websites take 2–4 weeks.
Yes. Prices are set by the country your business operates in — see the table on the pricing page. Businesses in India pay online in INR; elsewhere we send an invoice in your currency.
Every client gets a referral code. When a business you refer has paid 3 months on an AI plan, or paid for a Storefront in full, you earn ₹1,500 by UPI. There is no cap, and codes stay valid for 3 years.
